Projects developed for Politecna Europa (Planet Smart City Group) within multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams. Valentina Maffeo worked as Landscape Architecture Discipline Lead, coordinating the design teams and liaising with public administrations on landscape-related matters. She followed the development of the landscape design through the various project stages, overseeing, where applicable, the concept, outdoor space design, planting strategies and botanical selection, as well as coordination with the other disciplines involved. The work covered technical and economic feasibility studies, detailed and executive design, public tenders, integrated procurement procedures and design competitions.
